Today... it’s hot. Tomorrow... it’s not.

When the sun shines bright

It seems like everything’s right

Even problems would be so light

And everywhere become a good site

Then here comes the rain

Bringing back sadness and pain

Boredom is all you will gain

And your energy will surely drain

But this I will tell you

Bring it everywhere you go

Against the ray of sun

Or the pouring of rain

Umbrella is all you need

To make your day better indeed

Now tell me that I am right

For I am really sure about that

It maybe folded, it may be not

It may be so colourful or dull

It may be big or small

But with the same purpose

Now go and buy one

Because it is a good investment

For shiny day or rainy moment

The umbrella will sure bring comfort

Ohhh Yes!

Today, the government is alarmed with the so many pilots of Philippines Airlines who are leaving the cockpits vacant. This unprecedented event leads now to a turmoil causing cancellations of many flights. Passengers are now left stranded or forced to book to other flights. The tourism industry is afraid that these happenings might affect them as well. So a meeting in the Malacanan Place was recently conducted to stop further bad things to unfold.

Pilots of the flag carrier said that the airline company do not give them the just compensation of their job. They say that they do not have security in their contracts. They also demand proper treatment from the management. On the other hand, Philippine Airlines said that their pilots were offered with bigger salary by other companies that is why they are leaving.

Whichever reason is true, the dispute should be settled immediately to bring back thing in normal operation. Solving the problem lies on the hands of the company and the pilots with the government’s unbiased support to both parties.
